Shipping & Returns What is included in "Shipping and Handling"?

This charge includes handling, shipping materials, insurance where applicable and the actual shipping rates from our vendors. Even when a products ships direct from the manufacturer, there is still extensive paperwork and follow-up involved to complete an order.

Our standard rate for Shipping and Handling is called "Ground" and is available for shipping throughout the continental US. We've chosen to structure our Ground shipping rate according to the total of $7.00 dollars flat rate on all Incontinence supply's and Blood Pressure Monitors. The shipping costs for ambulatory (wheelchairs, walkers, canes) and Bathing/Bathroom aid products $7.00 dollars plus $1.00 dollar per pound.

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, merchandise may be returned within 30 days if the product is in new, resalable condition. All parts, instructions and original packaging MUST be present.

A restocking fee is often required!

Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.

Defective items can be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days. Many products have a manufacturers warranty. After 30 days, or earlier if you prefer, you may work directly with the manufacturer.

For an exchange or refund, please call or write us for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please let us know in what way the product did not meet your needs. Refunds or exchanges MUST be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

We ship all orders completed by 2 pm EST within 24-48hrs. We cannot guarantee any delivery schedule. Monday through Friday (not holidays). Depending on your location, delivery will be between 2 to 10 business days.

In order to continue to keep overall shipping costs down, we may select to ship by UPS or by the US Postal Service. We will send an email confirmation with a tracking number when the order ships.
